Job Summary

RCR|HUB is seeking a motivated college student for a Sales & Marketing Internship focused on growing our new Revenue Cycle Job Board. This hands-on opportunity is ideal for students interested in sales, marketing, human resources, recruiting, business development, or entrepreneurship. The intern will help promote the platform, connect with employers, support outreach campaigns, identify hiring opportunities, and assist with expanding awareness of the Job Board across the healthcare Revenue Cycle CommUnity. This is a flexible remote opportunity that offers real-world experience on a growing national platform.

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate

• Interest in sales, marketing, human resources, recruiting, business, or healthcare administration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and online research tools

• Organized with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Professional and confident communication style

Preferred but Not Required

• Internship or campus leadership experience

• Social media or content marketing experience

• Canva or graphic content skills

• Interest in healthcare careers or hiring trends
